1) Please write in full standerd English and please keep checks on what you are writing. Try and limit swearing and fowl language.
2) Be patient with other players, if you have problems with them or somthing they are writing PM ME! not anyone else.
3) Please try and keep scenes tasteful when writing in the boards. Sunset accommodation comes supplied with a mature board, if your scenes become steamy we ask that you apply to an admin via PM to gain the password and post there. There are severe consequences for not abiding to this rule.
4) Do not be rude to other writers.
5) Please try and write at least three lines of text, no one liner posts. Be careful not to god-mod.
6)I am not limiting character species, you may take it as far as you can or as your imagenation stretchs but please remember you are not a god and your charactors MUST have faults.
- When posting feel free to time skip. Sometimes it is much easier to do this than to start new and sometimes pointless posts all over the place. The post may start in the cafe and may finish in the school dorms, but thats fine, as long as it makes sense. The example help show you what I mean:
"I'll meet you in the Library in an hour" Betty smiled, kissing her boyfriend cheek and sealing her promise. then she turned and left the football field
Josh smiled, and nodded, he couldn't wait.

- When it comes to your screen names most people tend to use the names of their characters. But your welcome to do as you please here. I DO ask however that you try and keep to one character per login name. It makes it MUCH easier for us to classify you and little things like that. Exceptions come when the characters you play are siblings and share the exact same species. For example 'Price twins// Fire elements'
- Please try and post regularly. I'm well aware that school and other commitments in RL take you away from the board but I ask that you try and complete a log in a week. This helps keep the board running and if someone is waiting on you to post it means their not waiting too long.
In relation to this if you ARE NOT active for a month without PMing myself or Deputy Vernon Griffins then your account with be considered abondoned, and that you have left the board. We will probably delete you. You will be given warning via email or PM and lack of response will lead to your account being deleted.
- If you wish to start a club, ie chess club, drama club etc then do not hesisate to ask. Schools have clubs like this and they don't have to be run by teachers. PM me with details and ideas you have for this and the chances are you'll get the go ahead. Just bare in mind if you are running a club you will be expected to post more often than just once a week. Unless theres valid reason. *smile*
Admin = These are admin on this site. Myself, Deputy Griffins and Sagitar. We are always open to suggestions about the board, and will listen to any problems you have. We're here to help you, but do not forget we are the power here, we decide what happens and what doesn't. DO NOT ask to become admin. It WILL NOT happen.
Mod Squad = These lovely people are those that you have voted to become more powerful memebers of the school. They are there to reinforce the rules, and it is their job to create fun threads. Such as parties and events. The Mod Squad can also take your complaints or suggestions. DO NOT ask to become a Mod. If we need help, we will ask you.
Teachers = What it says on the label. These are your teachers, and although they hold no staff power on the board itself they command positions of respect. They have the ability to set you into detentions and make your lives at Sunset living hell. ...pretty much like real life teachers then. You have to be a teacher to become a teacher.
Groupie = These people are leaders of clubs, people you should talk to to get involved in something and people who are known to be active. To run a club they HAVE to be. A groupie may also be a high ranking club member, or someone decided to have a high social status. Characters who are winners of the student award more than three times become groupies. Once again do not ask to become a groupie, it is an awards title.

Mature Boards:
Admission to the Mature Boards will be limited to characters 16 and older. The writer must be at least 16. We will check.
When requesting a password for the Mature Boards, you must supply a thread that justifies your necessity and reason for wanting the password for the Mature Boards.
All persons involved in threads on the Mature Boards MUST be 16 years or older.
Send requests to ONLY Deputy Griffins (vernon). Requests sent to Sagitar or Jane will be ignored.
Anyone caught sharing the password without permission from Vernon will be banned from the board.
